Problem Statement

• Employees in retail environments often lack practical knowledge of fire safety procedures and may feel unprepared to respond effectively in an emergency. Without proper training, this can lead to confusion, delayed evacuation, and increased risk to people and property.

Solution

A scenario-based eLearning course that uses realistic workplace situations and dialogue-driven interactions between managers and employees to teach fire awareness and prevention.
