Problem Statement

​

In my personal experience, many employees are unsure how to identify harassment or what actions to take when they experience or witness it. 

​

Solution

 

I created a scenario-based eLearning course that allows learners to make decisions in realistic workplace situations and see the consequences of their choices in a safe environment, using the ADDIE Model.
