Problem Statement

  • Managers at Gilbert’s Pharmacy operate in a demanding environment where employees must balance accuracy, compliance, and customer service. Despite this, managers often lack structured coaching skills, leading to unclear performance conversations and missed opportunities for employee development. This can impact both staff performance and patient care outcomes.

Solution

A scenario-based eLearning course designed to teach the GROW Coaching Model through realistic workplace situations in a pharmacy setting.
