Projects

Goals

  • Identify the hallmarks of phishing emails and spoofed domains.

  • Understand the organisational and legal consequences of a successful attack.

  • Know the correct steps to report and escalate suspected attacks.

  • Build confident, security-aware habits that transfer beyond the training.

Target Audience

  • All staff.

  • IT teams.

  • Managers.

Problem Statement

  • Phishing and spoofing attacks are among the most common causes of data breaches. Many employees struggle to identify convincing fraudulent emails, fake websites, and impersonation attempts — creating significant risk for organisations of all sizes. Generic security training often fails to prepare staff for the specific, realistic scenarios they encounter daily.

Solution

  • A scenario-based eLearning course designed to help employees recognise, avoid, and report phishing and spoofing threats in real-world workplace contexts.

  • This course places learners inside realistic, branching workplace scenarios where they must evaluate suspicious emails, identify spoofed sender addresses, and decide how to respond — all within the context of their actual working environment. Immediate, meaningful feedback reinforces correct behaviour and builds lasting decision-making skills.
